Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026
ZunoLaunch provides software and appointment services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so nothing is delivered by post or courier.
1. Delivery of the platform
- Once a Business signs up, our team sets up its website and dashboard. We tell the Business by email when they are ready to use.
- Access is delivered online. There is nothing to ship and there are no shipping charges.
2. Delivery of booked appointments
- When a booking is made (and paid, where payment is needed), the Customer gets an on-screen confirmation and an email with the date and time.
- The appointment itself is provided by the Business at its location, at the Customer's location, or by video call, as chosen when booking.
3. If the appointment does not happen
Sometimes a Business cannot provide the appointment you booked. This includes:
- Physical appointments: the office, clinic, lab or shop is closed, or the Business is not available at the booked time.
- Online appointments: the Business does not join the video meeting within 15 minutes of the start time.
- You paid but received no booking confirmation.
4. How to complain or ask a question
- Email the Business first. Use the contact email shown on the Business's website, and include your booking reference, the date and time, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help, for example of the empty meeting room or the closed location.
- The Business should reply promptly and either reschedule your appointment or agree a refund.
- If you get no reply within 3 working days, or the matter is not resolved, write to us at support.b2dev@gmail.com with the same details. We will contact the Business and help you get a reschedule or a refund.
5. Refund when the Business is at fault
When the Business is at fault, you are entitled to a full refund of what you paid. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds are paid.
